In the first week of January, Direct Cleaning Solutions got invited to go and visit the factory and Karcher Head office in Germany.
We were incredibly well hosted and the information we received was very beneficial.
We were shown around on of the biggest factory’s they have where they produce the Steam Cleaners and the Sweepers. The factories are state of the art and have the most up to date robotic features ensuring precision and faultless manufacturing. The machines are all put through extensive testing and quality control measure to ensure you the customer gets a high-quality machine that can withstand the job at hand!
We were also taken through the logistics centre which was incredibly interesting. They use conveyer belts and robotic parts pickers to ensure s streamline and fast process. This allows for Karcher to ensure that all customers have short downtime when it comes to spare parts and after sales services as well as always having the new stock available at all their global branches.
